The Yoga Shala is a beautiful space where breath and movement intersperse in divine harmony. A space where lessons learned on the mat translate fluidly to everyday life, and where the body, mind and soul join together in blissful union.

The Yoga Shala brings together an expertly curated line-up of renowned yoga and meditation teachers, sound therapists, alternative healers, musicians and martial artists for a string of sessions interactively designed to host participants on the path to holistic wellness.

Surf Lessons

Surf lessons are offered to anyone interested in conquering a wave or two! 20-minute sessions that happen daily are chargeable and surfing enthusiasts can register at the Information Desk.

Slacklining

Everyone at the Surf Fest are welcome to try their hands (or should we say feet!) at Slacklining, a sport that’s similar to tight rope walking, with competitors walking a line strung between two anchor points. Slacklining helps improve your core and concentration, apart from being tons of fun!

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Those looking for something that’s in-between surfing and the sea can give Stand Up Paddle Boarding a go, as they stand on paddle boards to row their way to the finish line! Open to the general public.
